Our Telephone Line

You can book appointments for STI screening / treatment and contraception services by calling our contact centre on 0114 226 8888

Our phone lines are open between the following hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am-6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am-4pm

Saturday: 9.00am-1.00pm

9.00am-1.00pm Saturday

These times are for our telephone line only. Clinic opening times are different and are by appointment (other than our Youth Clinic Service).

PLEASE NOTE: we will be providing a reduced, morning only service on Monday 19th September 2022. There will be no walk-in Youth Clinic Service that day

Monday: 9.00am-6.00pm

Tuesday: 9.00am-3.30pm

Wednesday: 9.00am-3.30pm

Thursday: 11.00am-6.00pm

Friday: 9.00am-12.00pm

(Closed daily between 1.00pm-2.00pm)

Currently we are only able to offer walk-in appointments at our Youth Clinic service for anyone aged 18 or under, and for routine STI screening at our Moor Market stall – see details below.

  • Wednesday: 2.00pm-6.00pm, Sexual Health Sheffield, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Entrance 11a, B Road
  • Saturday: 9am-12.30pm, Sexual health Sheffield, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Entrance 11a, B Road

 

Sexual Health Screening at Moor Market

A routine sexual health screening service at Unit 73, our popular stall in the Moor Market, including:

  • Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea self-screening
  • Blood tests for HIV & Syphilis

Open every Wednesday and Thursday, appointments can be booked in advance by telephone, or as a first come first served walk-in from:

  • Wednesdays: 10.00am-12.00pm
  • Thursdays: 2.00pm-3.30pm

Please note – if you have any symptoms that may be related to an STI, or require any treatment,  please telephone to arrange an appointment in clinic rather than attend at Moor Market.
