Training for receptionists to support young people friendly practices.
The training will, amongst other things, cover the following issues:
- Young people, sexual health and confidentiality
- Communication with young people around sensitive issues
- What young people want – and don’t want – from services
- Young people’s anxieties
- How to make the reception service as good as it can be for young people
